The Zeshia clones are mass-produced source clones created by Eleonore Bianca. They took the name of Zeshia Kanon Ijeiska (ゼシア・カノン・イジェイシカ Zeshia Kanon Ijeishika?) and served as the main force of the Demon King Subjugation Battalion.
Appearance[]
Zeshia has the appearance of a young girl with long purple hair that reaches her back. She wears Jerga-Kanon's scarlet uniform and silver greaves on her legs.
Personality[]
As a combat-oriented source clone, Zeshia can't feel emotions or speak, making her the perfect soldier.[2] However, they aren't entirely devoid of free will, as they were able to defy Diego's orders and drop their swords.[3]
History[]
Under Diego's command, more than ten thousand Zeshias were created by Eleonore against her will for the Subjugation Battalion. At least one of them was enrolled in the selective class Jerga-Kanon and became the Hero Academy's rank one student. In addition, she was presented as the reincarnation of the Hero Kanon's fourth source, hence the name.
Synopsis[]
Hero Academy Arc[]
During the inter-academy exam with the Demon King Academy, Anos notices Zeshia when she easily cuts down his weakened Jio Graze. Ledriano introduces her as the academy's rank one, and then the two team up against Anos.
When she and Ledriano prove not to be a match for Anos, she detonates her source with Gavuel in order to take them out both. However, Anos mitigates the effects of the spell and survives. A second Zeshia surprises him and uses Gavuel as well, but she meets the same fate. Anos is now expecting it and plunges his hand into the third Zeshia, freezing the spell. Eleonore then communicates with him telepathically, telling him to come to the underwater temple where all the Zeshias are made. He then learns the truth behind the Zeshias and promises Eleonore that he'll save them.
When war breaks out between Dilhade and Azesion, the Demon King Subjugation Battalion is deployed with ten thousand Zeshias. Diego attempts to detonate all of them and wipe out the demon army, but they ultimately resist and ignore his order. As the conflict develops, Commander Jerga resurrects and forces them to detonate again. However, Anos' friends stall Gavuel long enough for Anos to resurrect and freeze the spell. After Jerga's defeat, Anos frees the Zeshias from ever being used as weapons of war again.
Great Spirit Arc[]
After the war, the clones began living in an underground city that Anos developed beneath the Demon Castle Delsgade, as they would've attracted too much attention aboveground. However, he notes that the spirits in Aharthern don't care about such things and plans to move them at some point.
