After Andeluc defeated Wenzel, Weznera created a prison inside the palace to imprison her, as he wanted to be with his mother forever. Ennessone eventually brings Anos' group to rescue her, but he manages to imprison all of them except for Anos. The two fight for a short while, but Weznera seemingly wins by sealing Anos' magic, body, senses, and even thoughts. However, Anos fights back through unconventional methods, such as attacking Weznera with his voice and then punching him with his source. The Demon King then uses his Magic Eyes of Mauve to negate Weznera's order and free himself. Afterward, he uses Weznera's own chains against him, immobilizing him.
