Ternes (テルネス Terunesu?) was the original Goddess of Creation of the Magic Bullet World.
Appearance[]
Ternes had the appearance of a small girl wearing shackles.[1]
Personality[]
Ternes was a kind goddess who cared about her world and people. She gave up her life believing it was for the good of the Magic Bullet World.
History[]
As the Goddess of Creation, Ternes created the Magic Bullet World. When her world began researching the forbidden Silver Destruction Magic to combat the Absolute Vortex, the Silver Water Holy Sea's greatest calamity, Ternes began producing small Silver Bubbles to turn into ammunition. This caused her source to slowly deteriorate, as the Goddess of Creation isn't supposed to create worlds other than her own. In the first place, the Order of Creation had already reached its limit; it couldn't grow anymore even if the world were destroyed and recreated.[1]
For this reason, her Chief God, the Divine Magic Shooter Odus, kidnapped the Goddess of Creation from a dying world. 14,000 years ago, Odus brought Elenesia to their world and informed her of their current situation. She promised to help Ternes, but it was too late, as the young goddess finally collapsed and vanished. Her shackles then transferred to Elenesia, who became the Magic Bullet World's new Goddess of Creation.[1]

- Immense Magic Power: As a god, she possesses immense magic power, having a near bottomless magic pool that can only be used up when doing something of extraordinary magnitude.
- Conceptual Existence: Gods maintain and embody the order and laws of the world.[2]

Elenesia[]
A fellow Goddess of Creation who understood Ternes' feelings very well. She tried to heal Ternes' source, but the damage done to it was irreversible. During her final moments, Ternes asked Elenesia to save her world and the people living in it, a promise she would keep 14,000 years later.
