Silver Water Academy Pablohetara (銀水学院パブロヘタラ Ginsui Gakuin Paburohetara?) is an academy alliance in the Silver Water Holy Sea that consists of schools from various Small Worlds. They learn from each other and even engage in friendly competition.[1]
Overview[]
In the Silver Sea, it is not uncommon for worlds to sustain great damage while fighting for fire dew. There are also occasions where both worlds destroy each other. To avoid this, Pablohetara was created by the Chief Gods of each world that joined the academy alliance. The fire dew released in Pablohetara's territorial waters will be temporarily collected by the alliance, and a ranking competition among the academies will be held to determine who gets to keep the collected fire dew.[2]
Location[]
Pablohetara is a floating continent that contains a bustling city centered around the Pablohetara Palace. Lakes, fields, and forests could also be seen. The entire continent is also covered in magic barriers and anti-magic in case of an attack.[1]
It is located inside a silver bubble owned by the number-one world in Pablohetara. For instance, it used to be in Seventh Elenesia when the Magic Bullet World Elenesia was first, but it moved to Fourth Hayfolia when the Holy Sword World Hayfolia took their position.[3]
Membership[]
The Silver Water Academy doesn't reject anyone who wishes to join. To do so, one must be a student of a representative academy, which cannot have less than 3 students. Provisional admission will be given if the small world's Chief God and Sovereign give their consent. Afterward, they can become official members after meeting certain requirements.[1]
Treaty[]
Pablohetara's philosophy is the "calmness of Silver Water Holy Sea", that is, peace. Because of this, all of its members sign a treaty upon joining.
- Article I: A small world that causes a storm (disturbance) in the Silver Water Holy Sea will have its Chief God destroyed, and all of its Fire Dew shall belong to Pablohetara.[3]
- Article II
- Article III: Disputes arising between academies shall be settled with the Silver Water Hierarchy War. The victor's claim shall be recognized, and the loser's words shall be rendered meaningless.[4]
- Article IV: Should an Inviolable Territorial Water appear in a small world under Pablohetara's jurisdiction, it is stipulated that the Sovereigns and Chief Gods of the Upper Six Academies shall confront and deal with them. It also gives them the right to intervene in other small worlds with regard to the Inviolable Territorial Waters.[5]
- Article V: Any small world that expresses hostility to Pablohetara or commits a clear act of aggression will be expelled from the academy alliance.[6]
- Article VI: Strictly forbids the use of Silver Annihilation Magic.[7]
- Article VII: Witnesses, experts, and defendants at court meetings swear that there is no perjury in their statements, and if they violate this, they renounce everything. However, they also have the right to remain silent.[8]
Other Treaties[]
- Fire dew released in Pablohetara's territorial waters will be collected by the academy alliance and peacefully distributed among the winners of the Silver Water Hierarchy War.[2]
- Lectures shall be given in good faith.[9]
Events[]
- Silver Water Hierarchy War: Although every world wants to obtain the Fire Dew flowing from bubble worlds to increase their own power, clashes between the worlds lead to catastrophic damage. To avoid this, a systematic power contest is held to peacefully distribute the fire dew according to the results.
- Six Academy Court Meeting: A meeting that the Upper Six Academies attend to discuss important matters about Pablohetara. It is attended by Sovereigns or a representative.
