Recol (レコル, Rekoru^?), the Strategist (軍師, Gunshi^?), is an important figure from the Puppet World Luzendfort.

Appearance

Recol resembles a fully-armored figure clad in darkness. There are gaps in the armor in some places, like the joints, but no skin is visible.

History

As a resident of the Puppet World, Recol uses a magic doll as his body. His vessel is that of the assassination puppet, a magic doll created by the Humanoid Society for covert operations.

Synopsis

Disaster Abyss World Arc

Parrington recruits Recol to infiltrate the Phantom Beast Organization's research tower alongside him, Anos, and Balzarondo's men. The group would then search for evidence of Evezeino's involvement in Fallforal's destruction.

After Parrington is revealed to be Anos' true enemy and defeated, Recol appears under orders of the Puppet Emperor Bez to recover the "Puppet of Red Thread", which housed Parrington's source. In exchange for it, Recol protects Anos' identity as the Two Laws Usurper by piloting his signature ship Ioneria and leading Pablohetara away. Before departing, he offers Anos a handshake despite seeing that he is holding an Egil Grone Angdroa that was tripled amplified. Anos accepts and Recol extinguishes it while gripping tighter.

• Supernatural Concealment: As a puppet specializing in covert operations, it was impossible to look into the abyss of Recol's armor of darkness. In fact, his presence was so weak that it could be overlooked despite being dressed so conspicuously.

Recol was regarded as Parrington's most trusted confidant, but this was most likely out of obligation. In reality, Recol saw him as unfit to rule Luzendfort because he was "someone who only chased after his sister's buttocks".
