Raos Jilphor (ラオス・ジルフォー Raosu Jirufō?) is the Hero Academy's Rank 4 and a student from the selective class "Jerga-Kanon".
Appearance[]
Raos is tall and extremely burly with a large physique, red eyes, and a scar on his right cheek. His hair is red on the top and black on the sides, and he has a short ponytail. He is usually seen wearing the red uniform of the Hero Academy.
Personality[]
Raos is straightforward, temperamental, and also a bit of a battle maniac. He speaks bluntly and impolitely. Raos was initially arrogant and narrow-minded until being "educated" by Anos and then Sasha during the student exchange, changing Raos to become aware of the vastness of the world beyond his school.
History[]
As a member of the "Jerga-Kanon" class, Raos is likely to be a reincarnated hero from the past.[3] However, he was led to believe that he was the reincarnation of the Hero Kanon's third source, taking the name of Raos Kanon Jilphor as a result. Because the "Jerga-Kanon" students were taught to use the holy spell Aske, which was tainted by one-half of Jerga's source, they were slowly brainwashed into hating demons. With this, Jerga's hatred was successfully passed on to them, as they believed that it was Kanon's voice speaking to them.[4]

Hero Academy Arc[]
When Anos and Sasha talked to Eleonore Bianca about the correct history of two thousand years ago, Ledriano and Raos appeared to refute their statements. They introduced themselves as reincarnations of the Hero Kanon, but Anos shot them down very quickly and called them fakes. This angered Raos, and he attacked Anos, but he was knocked down very quickly with the blink of Anos' eyes. Ledriano apologizes in Raos' stead to prevent the fight from escalating further, but more importantly, to hide their natural strength, and they watch as Anos leaves with Sasha.
Selection Trial Arc[]
When Class 1-2 appeared in Azesion for the exchange program, Raos remarked on how the whole class came there by using Gatom, which is considered a spell lost to time in the magical age. After the brief comment, Anos remarked on how all of the members of the "Jerga-Kanon" class had "Kanon" removed from their name.
Abilities[]
- High Magic Power: Raos possesses prodigal human talent in fire attribute holy magic, to the level of normally wearing it as a flame armor during combat.
- Superhuman Physical Strength: Raos is physically very strong for a teenager his age. He applies this strength during close combat.

Sasha Necron[]
The two of them fought during the inter-academy exchange as Sasha mocked Raos, much to his anger. While it appeared he gained the upper hand in their duel through the use of Burdisd, Sasha managed to turn the tables when she revealed that she was able to poison his stolen school badge that he was using to receive holy water from. She incapacitated him with her Magic Eyes of Destruction, and he ended up in the hospital after their match.
