Nosgalia is a tall man with blond hair and a muscular physique. He wears loose robes that expose part of his upper body and a loincloth.
While possessing Eldmed Ditigeon's body, Nosgalia inherits the Evil King's appearance. However, he switches Eldmed's signature black top hat for a tiny white one, and wears a teachers uniform of the Demon King Academy.
Personality[]
As a god, Nosgalia possesses different values than humans and demons. He can continue teaching immediately after having his source sealed and being threatened by Anos. He believes the world is governed by order and that everyone shall follow said order. If they refuse to, the wrath of the gods shall befall them.
History[]
Anos kills Nosgalia.
Two thousand years ago, Nosgalia informed the Great Spirit Reno that she was chosen to birth the Child of God, but she rejected his plan and attacked him. Though he was able to restrain Reno momentarily with her own magic, she was saved by the Demon King Anos and his right-hand man, Shin Reglia. Because Anos used Degzegd on Nosgalia, the god's own internal magic was destroying him, as his right arm fell off due to the curse. Nosgalia recognized Anos and told him that the Child of God that would destroy him would be born soon, but he was killed by Anos.
After Anos' sacrifice, Nosgalia revived and continued scheming for ways to destroy him and reawaken Abernyu, who was sealed in Delsgade. One such plan involved turning Commander Jerga into magic so he could get revenge against Anos after he reincarnated. However, he couldn't transform Jerga into magic without violating his order, as he was a god who created gods. For this reason, he created a second magic from Jerga's source, Eleonore, who could birth the vessel of god.[2]

Since he was still weak from his battle with Anos, Eldmed Ditigeon allowed the Heavenly Father to possess his body and recover, as this would create a new challenge for Anos. Eldmed eventually attacked Reno in order to reawaken Nosgalia, as she was vital for his plan, but he was stopped by Shin. Since his host was in danger, Nosgalia reawakened and took control of Eldmed's body. He taunted Shin for being a demon sword incapable of loving before commanding him to love Reno and care for the Child of God. However, Shin cut his words and then beheaded him, forcing Nosgalia to retreat.

As expected, Reno became pregnant with Shin's child. But unbeknownst to her, Nosgalia took advantage of Hero Kanon's plan to create a fictional Demon King and made the fetus embody the legend of "Avos Dilhevia." When Shin returned to Dilhade to reincarnate, Nosgalia approached Reno and used the spell Kurst to make her child be born prematurely. Shin hastily returned to Reno's side upon finding out and destroyed Nosgalia, but he was too late, as the Child of God had already been born.
Still possessing Eldmed, Nosgalia becomes Anos' new homeroom teacher and informs the class that the real Demon King is Anos. Because the royal students are still in denial, he shows them a Zecht signed by the Seven Demon Elders confirming it and then forces them to kneel. Despite easily seeing through Nosgalia's disguise, Anos allows him to continue teaching nonetheless. However, when the royal students brush off his teachings about the gods as mere fairy tales, Nosgalia formally introduces himself as the Heavenly Father and suffocates them with magic.
Anos sealing Nosgalia's powers.
To stop him, Anos summons Venuzdonoa and stabs Nosgalia's source with it, but the god reminds Anos that without him, there will be no order to maintain the world, and it will die alongside him. Anos nevertheless pushes Venuzdonoa deeper into his source, stating that he won't overlook Nosgalia's actions even if he uses the world as a shield. Anos then revives Nosgalia through Agronemt, but only with 10% of his source, just enough to maintain the world's order while sealing away his power. Afterward, Nosgalia continues with the class as if nothing happened.
When Anos organizes a field trip to Aharthern, Nosgalia is forced to come along as their homeroom teacher. He takes a passive role during the trip and subsequent enrollment to the Spirit School, but his plan proceeds smoothly regardless. Misa Iliorogue is eventually revealed to be the Child of God, and her spirit side is forcibly awakened by the Spirit King. As Avos Dilhevia, she takes control of Midhaze and brainwashes Anos' past subordinates into serving her.
Shin faces off against Nosgalia.
Anos and his team later infiltrate Delsgade, but he is isolated by the Spirit King, who is revealed to be Shin. The two eventually reconcile and confront Nosgalia, so he changes into his divine form. Shin fights the Heavenly Father while Anos analyzes Eldmed's source, but he is no match for Nosgalia. The god mocks Shin for believing in the false love that was granted to him, but Rina declares that their love is real and that Shin was never affected by the "words of god". The amnesiac spirit then awakens as the Great Spirit Reno and imbues Shin with the power of the spirits, allowing him to get near Nosgalia and unleash his hidden art, Hell, which bisects Nosgalia's source infinitely and causes him exciting pain. Afterward, Shin seals Nosgalia inside a crystal.

Avos Dilhevia is defeated as well, but she uses her remaining strength to unseal Nosgalia and return Venuzdonoa to its true form: Sarjieldenav, the Sun of Destruction. Sarjieldenav exerts its power, but it only destroys Avos, surprising Nosgalia. When Anos activates his Mauve Magic Eyes, Nosgalia becomes visibly frightened but denies it, as gods are order and thus have no feelings. Anos' insistence causes the Heavenly Father to lunge at him in anger, but the Demon King pierces his source and communicates with Eldmed. In exchange for his loyalty, Anos helps Eldmed usurp Nosgalia's divine order, something which Eldmed had planned ever since letting the god possess him. After separating them, Anos turns the god into a fly and makes it so that he will only reincarnate as an insect for eternity. Afterward, Eldmed crushes Nosgalia.
Abilities[]
Immense Magic Power: As a god and the Heavenly Father no less, Nosgalia possesses immense magic power, having a near bottomless magic pool that can only be used up when doing something of extraordinary magnitude.
Conceptual Existence: Gods maintain and embody the order and laws of the world.[3]
Order of the Heavenly Father:
Nosgalia uses his divine power
His divine power as the Heavenly Father allows him the ability to create gods. He can produce any Keeper he desires or even true gods, but only when they disappear according to their order and must be reborn.[3] Nosgalia was also capable of making the Great Spirit Reno's unborn child into the Child of God, thus imbuing her with a divine order.[4]
Divine Words: Nosgalia can uniquely manifest various phenomena by influencing order with divine words.
Magic Control: Nosgalia can control any magic and even turn them against their casters, but more magic power is needed in order to hijack the magic of powerful individuals such as Anos Voldigoad.[5] He also demonstrated the ability to rewrite the magical laws and order of the world, as he transformed Jerga's source into twospells, and fused the Jerga spell to Aske, with Anos noting that the magic formula of Aske from two thousand years ago gave a different result in the present than it did back then.[6][7] Nosgalia demonstrated the ability to seal the divine power imbued into Evansmana, the Sword of Three Races[8], although Lay was able to eventually reverse it by unleashing the sword's hidden art.[9]
Blessing Inducement: Nosgalia demonstrated the ability to use his divine words to give blessings, which can have various effects. For instance, he blessed Class 1-2 with increased luck in order to find Aharthern.[10]
Divine Form: While possessing Eldmed's demon body, Nosgalia can use the words of god to transform into his divine form,[11] which amplifies all of his powers by a vast degree and grants him his divine abilities. His appearance is similar to that of Jerga's magic body, yet also clearly different. He gains golden hair, fiery-red Magic Eyes, as well as wings of light composed of magic particles that span from his back.[11]
Divine Flames:
Divine Flames
Nosgalia can conjure powerful golden divine flames to burn his enemies or act as a defensive barrier, as shown when he used them to block Shin's sword slashes. Nosgalia can also summon silver divine flames directly onto his enemies, which burn indefinitely so long as they are within the vision of his divine eyes. These flames are actually a curse that increases the pain each second until a minute passes, at which point the target's source is destroyed.[11]
Roduier Materialization:
Roduier Materialization
Nosgalia can transform his divine flames into his signature weapon, the Divine Sword Roduier.[11] The feathers that he ejects from his magic wings can also be transformed into Roduier, as he was able to unleash a thousand feathers at once and transform them into Roduier.[12]
Nosgalia hates Anos for opposing the gods and the fact that Anos had disturbed their order by sealing the Goddess of Destruction Abernyu into the Demon Castle Delsgade. For this reason, he schemed to destroy Anos permanently.
Nosgalia chose the Great Spirit Reno as the mother to give birth to the "Child of God", hoping to use the unique nature as a spirit to give birth to a child possessing both the powers of a god and spirit, in order to take advantage of the unique power of spirits to become the materializations of their legends. After he was repelled by Anos and Shin, he slightly altered his plan, as he took advantage of the budding love between Reno and Shin to create the Child of God, by blessing their child. After Shin left to reincarnate, Nosgalia ambushed Reno and extracted her child from her womb, leading Reno to die. In the present day, after Reno was able to temporarily revive to fight against him, he chided her for opposing him, which he considered foolish.
Nosgalia knew about Shin's origins as a demon sword that gained sentience and a physical form, as he considered the swordsman foolish for trying to seek love despite his source's origin as a demon sword. During their confrontation, he tempted Shin with the prospect of granting him the ability to love via the effects of his divine power, but was rejected as Shin cut him down, defeating him. In the present day, the two would fight again after Anos allowed Shin to fight him, with Nosgalia mocking him for not being able to kill the Heavenly Father in the past or not thanking the gods for granting him love.
Nosgalia attempted to create the Child of God with the Great Spirit Reno as the mother womb and himself as the sire, but was thwarted by Anos and Shin. Realizing that he was incapable of defeating Shin in his weakened state, he instead took advantage of the blossoming love between Shin and Reno, as he implanted a divine order into their newly-conceived child. Nosgalia accelerated its birth by extracting the child from Reno's womb and aging it with Kurst, revealing that the child's spiritual essence was linked to the rumors and lore of Avos Dilhevia, the False Demon King of Tyranny, that Hero Kanon created. While the child was able to escape Nosgalia's reach by being sent into the future, he eventually succeeded in locating it in the present.
By manipulating Shin's into doing his bidding with the knowledge that the child could die if the rumors about Avos disappeared, Nosgalia was able to awaken the Avos persona when she assumed her true form. Due to the fact that she possessed the order of the Child of God, she allied with Nosgalia and sought to further his plans by eliminating Anos and stealing Venuzdonoa to revive Abernyu, the Goddess of Destruction. However, despite this, it would seem that he didn't have much care or regard for her as he to ordered her to drain her own magic power to revive Abernyu, regardless of what happened to her afterwards.

Trivia[]
Since the gods honor their promises, even to humans and demons, Anos suspected that in exchange for Eldmed's body, Nosgalia promised to teach the Demon King Academy so he could meet Anos.[7]
