Noah (ノア, Noa^?), more commonly known as the Two Laws Usurper (二律僭主(にりつせんしゅ), Niritsu Senshu^?), is one of the Inviolable Waters and is also the original incarnation of Anos Voldigoad, the Demon King of Tyranny.

Appearance

Noah was described as a tall man with long silver hair and achromatic eyes. He wore a cloak that seemed to embody the evening darkness.

Personality

Noah was a righteous man who opposed Pablohetara's corrupt system of exploiting bubble words. In the Silver Water Holy Sea, it was the natural order for deep worlds to take away essential Fire Dew from bubble worlds, who would not even notice it due to the nature of the Silver Sea. Noah was the destroyer of such an evil hierarchical system. Undefeated and proud, he was the wind of freedom in a sea ruled by order.

He was born with no desires, wishes, or purpose in life. However, after meeting Luna Arzenon, he learned many things from her and even acquired a sense of taste. She became his reason to live, and that's why he went to such great lengths to rescue her from her oppressive fate.

History

17,000 years ago, Noah was born in Listeria's Ruinous Abyss of Memories, where memories of fallen worlds gather. He was created by Freynea, Chief Goddess of the Eclosion World, who attempted to resurrect her fallen Sovereign using her and her people's memories. Because the Abyss is not something that can be controlled, an unexpected child was born, and she tried to get rid of him. However, Noah was saved by the Hermit Elmide, Listeria's Sovereign. The young man tried helping Noah find his world of origin afterward, but he couldn't find it in their archives of destroyed worlds. This led him to speculate that Noah's world was one that hadn't been destroyed yet.

Not long afterward, Noah wound up at the Fusion World Bormted, where he helped Bormted's despairing Sovereign by destroying his world's unjust order. The Fusion World broke into multiple pieces, and he gave Marcus a new body, who became Roncruz Zeybat. Because he destroyed Bormted's order and took away its throne by force, Noah became known as the "Two Laws Usurper". He eventually took a piece of the Fusion World and an artifact from Listeria to create the Sea of Trees Ship Ioneria and sail across the Silver Water Holy Sea to help those who were in need of saving.

Amongst those he helped was the Fifth Demon King Holsefi, who helped Noah establish the Godless Continent, a place for all the people who were abandoned by order. When a subordinate of Baron Lebrahard Freneros, Jayne Anches, came to the Godless Continent for help, Noah saved his sick child by transplanting Jayne's source with his baby's source in order to strengthen it and give the baby a chance to live. Jayne left behind an Order of Heinriel for Noah, which he could use to ask for Baron Lebrahard's help.

Noah and Roncruz continued with their journey and eventually arrived at the Disaster Abyss World Evezeino. Two years have passed since his birth, and Noah still hasn't found the reason for his birth or his purpose in life. He questioned if he was even alive, but Roncruz reassured him that it was just because he hadn't been born yet. When Roncruz left to scout the area, Noah found a girl playing joyfully, who introduced herself as Luna Arzenon. She felt bad when Noah told her that he didn't have a name or parents, so she took him home so he could taste her cooking. When Noah told her he couldn't taste anything because he wasn't alive, Luna began crying but then resolved herself to cook something that even he could taste. Luna continued making dishes with love until she finally made Mushroom Gratin, which Noah was able to taste for the first time in his life.

When it was time to depart, Noah told Luna that he had found something to do. The Silver Sea may be vast, but all of its magic and order concentrate in the Abyssal World. If he goes there, he can find clues about himself. Luna also tells him about her dream to become a bride, have a child, and build a happy family. But this will never happen because she is fated to give birth to the Lion of Destruction. However, Noah tells her that there is a way to change her destiny. He gives her Jayne's Order of Heinriel and tells her to seek Baron Lebrahard, as the Holy Sword World Hayfolia has a legendary holy sword that can destroy the lion. He thanked Luna for everything before leaving, causing her to cry and hug him. She wished that he was her child.

On the way to the abyss, Roncruz came to the realization that Noah wasn't going there for himself but for Luna, as Evansmana wouldn't be enough to save her. Noah had also enchanted the Order of Heinriel to keep track of her situation. Their ship was eventually hit by chaos, order and magic power that swirled around the Abyssal World, creating something like a galaxy. Because the various orders prevented the ship from getting closer, Noah exited the ship and used his shadows to overpower them. However, he wasn't strong enough, and they started to turn his body into chaos. As a last-ditch effort, he used Radpirika to fuse with all the chaos and succeeded. He picked up a piece of chaos to find his world but got nothing. Due to the chaos he absorbed, Noah grew up into an adult over the years.

16,000 years ago, Noah and the First Demon King Amur Veewither assisted the Holy King Ordov Heinriel in moving the sleeping Yzak back to his homeworld of Evezeino, as Ordov was secretly sheltering Yzak on Hayfolia.

At some unknown point in time, Noah came into conflict with the Magic Bullet World, as he fought against their army and stole some of their spells, such as Dogda Azbedara. Due to this, the Abyssal Army began developing countermeasures for some of his signature spells like Rayon. Over the course of this time, Noah would gain infamy in the Silver Sea, as well as become an enemy of Pablohetara, which he considered a corrupt class system that exploited weaker worlds for their own gain.

14,000 years ago, Noah knew that Lebrahard's plan would fail, so he asked Roncruz if there was another way. After his loyal butler told him about true reincarnation magic, Noah quickly returned to the Godless Continent to conduct research. He would only have three days, as Lebrahard would finally obtain Evansmana in that time. However, this wasn't a problem for him, as Noah had already been researching the magic as a last resort ever since returning from the Abyssal World.

During this time, Noah made up his mind to risk his life in order to save Luna, the benefactor from his childhood. Because he wouldn't be able to deter his enemies anymore, Noah told his people to build a new place without him. However, the people of the Godless Continent decided to stay because they believed in Noah's victory, as he was their king. Noah believed himself to be unworthy of the position, but he promised that in the future, he would gather many subordinates and return here as a true king.

When the day came, Noah ordered Roncruz to guard his territory and keep it from falling into the hands of Pablohetara. Their ship then collided with Amur's ship, as he was unwilling to let Noah go through with it because the risk of him dying was high. Seeing that he wouldn't back down, Amur decided to test Noah's strength to see if his fears were unfounded. Noah accepted this and used his shadow manipulation to teleport Roncruz away so he wouldn't be hurt in the crossfire. During their battle, Amur unleashed his newly-developed destruction magic, Egil Grone Angdroa. Because Noah was able to counter it, Amur left satisfied.

Afterward, Noah entrusted his body to Roncruz as he transferred his source to a child-sized shadow. He arrived during the decisive moment of the Noble Hunters' fight with Parrington's forces, as he helped them by clearing the overflowing power of the Disaster Abyss of Craving, allowing Baron Lebrahard to strike Luna and sever her fate with Evansmana. Luna fell into the bubble world of Elenesia while Noah followed her there. He entered the world's divine realm and used his Magic Eyes of Chaotic Destruction to destroy the principle that life does not reincarnate. He continued to destroy that principle until he collapsed, becoming unable to move or talk. Because he wasn't from there, Noah couldn't change the laws of the world. He needed someone from this world to make the final push.

By some miracle, Luna met the man she was fated to be with, Ceris Voldigoad, who similarly defied order and attempted reincarnation. When the world reached its limits, Ceris cast Syrica on the others before casting it on himself. While dying, his consciousness went to the divine realm, where he met Noah. Noah asked him what his reason for fighting was, so Ceris said the exact same words Noah had heard during his birth. He had finally found his father. It was Ceris' thoughts that gave birth to him, and it was Luna who gave him a reason to live. Now, the three met again in Elenesia, like a real family. When the new Goddess of Creation was born, she gently wrapped her hands around Noah's Fire Dew as the world was reborn. In his final moments, the image of his father's back and his mother's gentle smile flashed through his mind.

Noah was presumed dead after this, with Roncruz assuming his identity in order to keep the memory of his lord alive.

• Immense Magic Power: Noah possesses a vast amount of magic power, as he was acknowledged as one of the Inviolable Waters, a group of extremely powerful beings that are renowned across the Silver Water Holy Sea for their power. Noah demonstrated the ability to fight on par with Amur, the First Demon King, who was another member of the Inviolable Waters and a powerful being in his own right.
• Shadow Manipulation: Noah possesses the ability to control and manipulate shadows, and to use them for various effect such as teleportation. He developed many various magic spells that interact with shadows, which allow him to use his own or opponents shadow to create different effects, such as damaging his opponent by stepping on their shadow, restraining his opponent by binding them through their shadow or using shadows to enhance his own offensive magic.

Relationships

Zinnia Shivaheld

It is unknown how they met, but Zinnia gave Noah preferential treatment. After the two sparred, Zinnia gave Noah (Anos in disguise) a friendly smile, like the one you might give to a beloved family member. It was later revealed that he knew Anos was Noah's reincarnation all along. That's why he never exposed him for being an impostor.

Roncruz Zeybat

Noah's loyal servant. While Roncruz was very loyal to Noah, he heavily disagreed with Noah's decision to explore the Absolute Vortex, as he did not wish for his lord to sacrifice himself, although he nevertheless complied with Noah's wishes. Noah is shown to greatly trust Roncruz, as he entrusted both his body and domain to him, as he instructed Roncruz to defend his domain against Pablohetara's oppression.

Amur Veewither

Noah and Amur met 2000 years ago, as the two were acquaintances. The two cooperated with each other to help transport the sleeping Yzak at the request of the Holy King Ordov Heinriel. After Amur became aware that Noah was willing to risk his life by researching reincarnation magic, Amur tried to stop him by challenging him to a fight.
