Magic Eyes

Magic Eyes (魔眼, Magan^?) are a special ability common to all individuals who possess magical affinity. As such, ordinary people lack Magic Eyes.

Overview

Magic Eyes allow one to see the flow of magic power and other things that the regular eye cannot see. By pouring magic into their Eyes, the user can see the blood inside others or things that are far away. Magic Eyes can also see the essence of magic and its formulas, allowing those with superior Magic Eyes to learn magic more easily by observing its use. And depending on their mastery of Magic Eyes, they can see through various types of concealment magic as well. Enhancing one's Magic Eyes using spells is possible, but anyone with weak and untrained Eyes may risk losing their vision. It is stated that those that have exceptional command over source magic can see a person's magic power even when concealed by magic and those that have exceptional command over creation magic can see into the essence of all things given their need to use creation magic to affect their environment and create objects.

All races possess Magic Eyes, and one's offspring can inherit them. However, more powerful Magic Eyes can only be manifested when one has an appropriate source to be able to handle their power.

Special Magic Eyes can have unique effects depending on the user and can affect the surroundings with only one look.

Unique Magic Eyes

Anos' Magic Eyes of Destruction Sasha's Magic Eyes of Destruction Avos' Magic Eyes of Destruction 1/3 Magic Eyes of Destruction (破滅の魔眼(), Hametsu no Magan) These Magic Eyes are known to destroy everything in the user's sight. In truth, they are the ultimate form of anti-magic, and destroying people and objects is a byproduct of their power. People with inferior magic can be defeated with a single glare, and the power of superior users can be whittled down with the Magic Eyes of Destruction. While the power of the Eyes is impressive, they have to see magic and spell formulas to destroy them. If an enemy hides magic with Lynel, the Eyes cannot destroy it. These Magic Eyes can put people to sleep for a day or even a year. However, the Eyes consume a considerable amount of the user's magic power when used. They are considered to be the signature Magic Eyes of the Demon King of Tyranny, and the only other person known to have inherited his Magic Eyes would be his direct descendant and subordinate, Sasha Necron. Due to being a well-known ability of the Demon King of Tyranny, the Great Spirit Avos Dilhevia also possesses these Magic Eyes due to her emulating the power of the Demon King of Tyranny.

Magic Eyes of Creation (創造の魔眼(), Sōzō no Magan) These Magic Eyes are capable of creating what the user is thinking of, as it is easy for them to reproduce something as long as they have a good mental image of it. Due to the power of these Magic Eyes and Misha's mastery of creation magic, she is capable of creating a pseudo-Delsgade, which empowers her abilities including the power of her Magic Eyes, allowing her to perform various feats such as transmuting her enemies into various ice constructs.

Magic Eyes of Omneity (創滅の魔眼(), Sōmetsu no Magan) The fused form of the Magic Eyes of Creation and Magic Eyes of Destruction. In reality, they are not another pair of unique Magic Eyes but the simultaneous use of the aforementioned Magic Eyes. The Magic Eyes of Omneity possess the power to destroy and recreate anything. They can destroy magic such as Jerga's Teo Triath and Gavuel as well as transmute objects into ice crystals—even powerful weapons such as Aeges Code's Dehiddatem and Kaihilam Jiste's Netrauvus. These Eyes are stated to possess the same powers as the Magic Eyes of Absurdity, which possess the power to destroy all magic and recreate anything that exists, including the orders of other gods, which Aisha demonstrated when she reshaped Altiertonoa, the Moon of Creation.

Mauve Magic Eyes (滅紫の魔眼(), Messhi no Magan) These Magic Eyes dyed mauve can destroy gods and their order, as well as weaken and destroy the power of any divine weapons created by the gods. They are considered to be the signature Magic Eyes of the Voldigoad bloodline, the King of Destruction. Only the Demon King Anos Voldigoad and his father Ceris Voldigoad are known to possess these Magic Eyes.

Mauve Thunder Eyes (滅紫の雷眼(), Messhi no Raigan) The Magic Eyes of Ceris Voldigoad, which can destroy gods and their order and be imbued with the power to project thunder that can incinerate enemies. After removing the power of thunder from his Mauve Thunder Eyes, Ceris Voldigoad's Magic Eyes turned into Mauve Magic Eyes. In the Magical Age, Gusta, Celis' reincarnation, would regain his signature Magic Eyes from his old acquaintance Elenesia, the previous Goddess of Creation.

Magic Eyes of Chaotic Destruction (混滅の魔眼(), Konmetsu no Magan) The original Magic Eyes of Anos Voldigoad. These Magic Eyes are dyed mauve with a cross drawn in the abyss of the pupils. The essence of these Magic Eyes is destruction, but in a chaotic form. They have the power to destroy even the indestructible. With merely the opening of these Magic Eyes, the world begins to collapse and become chaotic. They can destroy order and reason. If there's a contradiction between these Magic Eyes and the reason that must be destroyed, Anos will win unilaterally. Additionally, the contradiction turns into the power of these Magic Eyes. They can make events that will certainly happen and/or already happened never happen, by destroying reason and creating a logical contradiction, therefore unilaterally winning. In other words, these Magic Eyes can nullify powers after they have already affected Anos, as if he was never even affected, to begin with. This happened when Anos nullified Equis's predetermined fate set by Beld Rase Femblem by using his Magic Eye of Chaotic Destruction. In the Mythical Age, Anos exchanged his right Magic Eye of Chaotic Destruction with the Goddess of Destruction Abernyu's right Divine Eye of Apocalypse, causing both of them to obtain the much weaker Magic Eyes of Destruction, which destroy magic, and Mauve Magic Eyes, which destroy order. Anos is still able to use the original power of the Magic Eyes of Chaotic Destruction even after "losing" his right Eye.

Magic Eyes of Absurdity (背理の魔眼(), Hairi no Magan) The Magic Eyes of Genedonov, the Goddess of Absurdity. The power of these Magic Eyes destroys any magic, and they can recreate everything that exists. It is said they also have the power to recreate the orders of other gods, which allows her to use their abilities partially.

Magic Eyes of Explosion (暴爆の魔眼(), Bōbaku no Magan) The Magic Eyes of Janeldfock, the God of Magic Eyes. These Magic Eyes can grant great perception, allowing the user to see magical formulas and techniques and allowing them to detonate and explode magic or other types of unique abilities.

Magic Eyes of Transcription (転写の魔眼(), Tensha no Magan) The Magic Eyes of Kostoria Arzenon. This Magic Eye can copy any magic with a glance, even if said magic is beyond the scope of the user's ability. However, the user doesn't get to keep said magic and only has it for a limited amount of time. They must look at the magic again if they wish to duplicate and use it again. In addition, the duplicate is slightly inferior to the real thing.

Divine Eyes of Genesis (源創の神眼(), Gensō no Shingan) The Divine Eyes of Militia, the Goddess of Creation, which are capable of creating not only matter, but also sources and concepts. She can use them to perceive the entire world and everything happening there.

Divine Eyes of Apocalypse (終滅の神眼(), Shūmetsu no Shingan) The Divine Eyes of Abernyu, the Goddess of Destruction, which can destroy not only matter, but also sources, concepts, and all other things. These Divine Eyes shine black in the shape of a dark sun.

Divine Eyes of Deepening (深奥の神眼(), Shin'ō no Shingan) The Divine Eyes of Dilfred, the God of Deepening, which can peer into the abyss of all things and allow him to see the weak points in spell formulas.
