Personality[]
Like most gods, Enes Ne Mes doesn't really have a personality of its own and only lives to maintain order.
Synopsis[]
Selection Trial Arc[]
When Lay Grandsley and Misa Iliorogue visit the royal palace, King Lycius Engelo Gairadite summons the Keeper of Emotion to possess Misa in order to have Lay draw Evansmana and seize it for himself. However, Misa is unaffected because she changes into her Avos Dilhevia form, which is resistant to the gods due to her legends. As a result, Lycius has Enes Ne Mes possess him instead and then allows himself to be devoured by his white dragon, creating a unique existence known as the Royal Dragon, which retains the mad king's consciousness.
Lycius also reveals that he preserved his daughter's consciousness inside the dragon with Enes Ne Mes' powers. Her cries for help finally make Lay unsheathe Evansmana despite knowing it could be a trap, which ends up being correct. The Royal Dragon fuses with Evansmana and becomes even stronger. However, it is no match for the combined love of Lay and Misa, which forms a colossal sword of light that pierces Lycius' source.
Abilities[]
- Immense Magic Power: As a god, Enes Ne Mes possesses immense magic power, having a near bottomless magic pool that can only be used up when doing something of extraordinary magnitude.
- Order of Emotion: As the Keeper of Emotion, Enes Ne Mes governs the heart and emotions. Because of this, its contractor can use Aske by itself without needing to collect the emotions from their allies, allowing them to use spells such as Teo Triath with ease.[3]
- Possession: The god can slowly enter people's heads to control them. When this happens, the armor of fog materializes on the person.
- Thought Preservation: Enes Ne Mes is able to preserve the consciousness of people devoured by dragons, which usually do not retain self-awareness.[4]
