Duelniga (デュエルニーガ Dyuerunīga'?), the Faint Shinning Star (希輝星 Kikiboshi?), is the Chief God of the Desire World Ravashnake.

When Sasha and Misha return to the Reincarnation World Militia, they encounter Duelniga at the Demon King Academy. She introduces herself and apologizes for entering without permission, explaining that she stopped there during her journey. She then asks them for a place where they can see the most beautiful stars in this world, so the twins take her to the hill southwest of Midhaze. After seeing their stars, Duelniga could see that their world was happy and complimented their efforts to make it possible.
She asks the twins if they know what the world is made of, so they reply with kindness and smiles. However, she tells them that they are wrong. They don't know the ugliness of people and their desires. When they see her world, they will understand too. After revealing that she comes from the Desire World Ravashnake, she disappears.[1]
