Dionatek (ディオナテク Dionateku?), the Fateful Spirit King (天命霊王 Tenmei rei-ō?), is a legendary spirit from the Water Calculation World Sailaina.
Appearance[]
Dionatek appears like a woman dressed in the attire of a dazzling monarch. She wears some kind of restraints on her mouth. As a result, she uses the brush in her right hand and the wooden tablet in her left to communicate.[1]
Personality[]
Dionatek has a benevolent personality, as due to her lore, her role would be guide others to their fates, thus helping them of their life journeys. She has shown to be very selfless, as she voluntarily sealed herself inside of Evansmana in order to give the other inhabitants of the Silver Water Holy Sea a better chance at defeating Evezeino and the Lion of Destruction.
History[]
Dionatek is a spirit born from the legends of a god who bestows the appropriate fate for a person. She was rumored to be the second Chief God of the Water Calculation World Sailaina and possessed power equal to one.
Eventually, the Disaster Abyss World Evezeino attacked Sailaina, being lead into battle by the Lion of Destruction. To fight against the Evezeino, the Water Calculation World Sailaina joined forces with the Holy Sword World Hayfolia and the Blacksmith World Bardilua to fight against the Disaster Abyss World. They needed a powerful weapon to slay the Lion of Destruction, who was incredibly difficult to destroy, so Dionatek gave herself a divine fate to reside in the sword forged by renown blacksmith Bellamy Standad and empowered by the Blessed Lay Eife, thus creating the legendary holy sword known as Evansmana, the Spirit God Human Sword.
Dionatek, who normally resides in Evansmana, emits a voice when the wielder is in the midst of a great fate.[1]
Synopsis[]
Holy Sword World Arc[]
Dionatek suddenly calls Lay through Evansmana, asking him to help her. After she suddenly disappears, Balzarondo explains that Evansmana was rusty thus preventing Dionatek from fully using her power and that they need to reforge Evansmana to regain its former brilliance.[1]
After Lay and Balzarondo succeeded in having Evansmana reforged with the aid of the young genius blacksmith Silk Mueller, Dionatek was able to manifest again as she created a Rainbow Path for them to follow, telling them that there was someone at the end of the path that needed their help, before disappearing.[2]
When the two found Balzarondo's father and the former Holy King: Ordov, who was dying due to wounds to his source that he sustained at the hands of Admiral Gigi, he relayed to them his tale about the true Rainbow Path and his promise with Yzak. After Lay (who Ordov mistook for his other son Lebrahard, due to Lay being Evansmana's wielder) promised to take over Ordov's journey, Ordov's life started to fade, but Dionatek manifested from Evansmana and used her powers to slightly prolong Ordov's life. She told them it was impossible to save Ordov and that they should save his feelings, before disappearing again.[3]
Abilities[]
- Immense Magic Power: As a spirit that inhabits a deep world, Dionatek possess a vast amount of magic power. However, due to her lore of being that of a second Chief God of the Water Calculation World Sailaina, her power is much greater then an average spirit and equal to that of a Chief God of a deep world.[4]
- Fate Manipulation: Due to her lore of a god who provides a suitable destiny for each person, she has the power to interfere and manipulate fate. Despite her sealing herself inside of Evansmana by giving herself a fate to reside inside of the sword, her power to alter fate was not lost and granted Evansmana the power to sever the fate.[4]
Relationships[]
Lay Grandsley[]
After Lay entered the Silver Water Holy Sea, Dionatek started emitting her voice to Lay, as she manifested in front of him after Lay recombined Evansmana's blade with its original hilt, telling him to help her. However, she wasn't capable of fully revealing her message to him, as she wasn't capable of manifesting due to the fact that Evansmana accumulated a large amount of rust in its blade.
