The Demon King Reordination Ceremony (魔王再臨の式典 Maō Sairin no Shikiten?) is a ceremony that revealed the identity of the true reincarnated Demon King of Tyranny to the world.
History[]
Originally, the ceremony would have taken place take place a month from following the skirmish between Dilhade and Azesion, as due to the deaths of Diego and Jerga, it was safe to reveal Anos' identity as the true Demon King. In order to cool down tensions and strengthen the now-strained relationship between Azesion, the official story for the ceremony would be that Anos, the true Demon King of Tyranny and Lay, the reincarnation of Hero Kanon, joined forces to defeat the false Demon King of Tyranny Avos Dilhevia. The ceremony would also be used to convey the fact that Avos was an imposter Demon King and didn't truly exist.
However, due to the emergence of a real Avos Dilhevia, who took over Midhaze and mind-controlled the Royalists into terrorizing the hybrid demons, the ceremony had to be moved up in a hurry. The relationship between the Royalists and Unitarians became more strained then ever but the Royalists were aware they weren't in their right mind but couldn't excuse their actions without knowing the cause. Anos privately reached a compromise with the Royalists as they had chosen to try to excuse their actions by acknowledging them as being the result of the false Demon King.
Ceremony[]
Melheis explained to the citizens the truth about Avos Dilhevia: how the name had been erroneously passed down for the past two thousand years, how a great spirit had been born from the legend of this Demon King of Tyranny, and how that birth had resulted in many people believing in a fictional Demon King. He also explained that Avos Dilhevia had reincarnated as the Great Spirit Misa, due to receiving the blessings of Hero Kanon's holy sword Evansmana. The ceremony was used as a way to convey Misa's new lore so that her existence is preserved, as it would eventually be recorded as part of Dilhade's history. He also explained the events of the past two thousand years.
Anos arrived in front of Delsgade with the Demon Elders acknowledging him as the true Demon King, as Anos explained the strife of the Mythical Age, when demons fought against humans and spirits but how that battle had tainted their demon sword with revenge. He stated that there was only one way to end the conflict, which was for both sides to cast aside their cursed blades, as that was no simple task when both sides hated and suspected each other.
However, Anos stated that they were able to cast aside their hatred, before he introduced the guests of honor; Lay Grandsley, the reincarnation of the Hero Kanon, the Great Spirit Reno, the mother and ruler of all Spirits, Shin Reglia, the Demon King's Right-hand man and the Spirit King, and finally Misa Iliorogue, the reincarnated Child of God, as with their union, a new age of peace between the three races was finally established, which they symbolized by stabbing their respective swords into the ground. Anos made an official decree that all demons in Dilhade are now equal.
He also told his people that he would grant each of them an audience, as if there was a tragedy they couldn't overcome no matter how hard they tried, they should seek him out and he would grant them each one wish. Hearing that, a demon from the audience timidly asked Anos for permission to speak, which Anos granted. He stated that his name was Leon Gryzel and that his daughter who is turning ten this year, was afflicted with a heart disease. No magic had been able to cure her as the doctors said she wouldn't last until the end of the year. Anos told Leon to bring her to him as he would definitely save her, with Leon thanking him in deep gratitude. Anos further addressed the crowd as he told them that he was unsuited for government but to his pride, the country had many excellent Demon Lords who maintained the peace in their cities and there was no need for an antiquated Demon King to interfere. Though he issues a decree about three new sacred rules for the newly-unified nation of Dilhade:
- This country will not tolerate injustice.
- This country will not tolerate malice.
- This country will not tolerate tragedy.
When these rules are violated, no matter who the opponent is, the Demon King of Tyranny will risk his life to destroy them. Anos Fan Union then appeared before all of Dilhade and began to sing to celebrate their long awaited success on finally uniting Dilhade and the Demon race as the recently reawakened Sun of Destruction - Sarjieldenav shined upon Dilhade without any trace of enmity, much to everyone's bewilderment.
Aftermath[]
Returning to his throne room, after the ceremony, Anos explained that it was due to the Sun of Destruction not seeing the Demon race as its enemy as it's only target was Avos Dilhevia. This revelation led to a new mystery as to how would Anos would be aware of that, as the Goddess of Destruction Abernyu was his enemy, as this made him ponder on what happened when he visited the past on how Venuzdonoa, the Abolisher of Reason, was activated without his knowledge. He began to suspect that he activated the sword before reincarnating and that he noticed that he was missing part of his memories of his past, such as the majority of the details about Abernyu, as he pondered why.

Trivia[]
- Each of the swords used in the ceremony had appeared prior in the story and has symbolism behind it.
- The Ceremonial Demon Sword that Anos uses was gifted to him after he won the Demon Sword Tournament, symbolizing that hybrid demons aren't inferior to royal demons.
- Evansmana, the Sword of Three Races that Lay uses is recognized in Azesion as the holy sword of Hero Kanon, which only he can wield, symbolizing that Lay is the true reincarnation of Kanon. It was also used in Misa's new lore to cleanse Avos Dilhevia of her evil by allowing the sword to bless her with its holy power.
- Eilarrow, the Jewel Sword that Reno uses was the spirit sword that her husband Shin began using after he became the Spirit King, symbolizing the new bond between demons and spirits due to the two marrying.
- Gneodoros, the God Slasher that Shin used is the demon sword that he used to defeat Nosgalia. It symbolizes that the mortal races of the world will not give into the unreasonable order of the gods that forces them to suffer, such as when Midhaze wasn't destroyed by the Sun of Destruction in the recent crisis.
- Gilionojes, the Pillage Blade that Misa uses is her father's sword that she received half of when she was young and Shin couldn't show himself. In the earlier part of the story, Misa stated that she believed that her father had the other half and that it would be made whole once royals and hybrid demons joined hands. It symbolizes Misa reuniting with her family and Dilhade becoming unified, as the previous class system that kept apart families due to lineage was abolished.
