The Dungeon Exam (ダンジョン試験 Danjon Shiken?) is the 8th chapter of The Misfit of Demon King Academy manga adaptation.
Summary[]
The wall crumbles, revealing a hidden room on the other side. When Sasha asks how Anos knew, he replies that he made it, but she doesn't believe him. They stop at a big door protected with magic, so Anos uses raw strength to open it. Inside the altar room, Sasha picks the Demon King's staff while Anos shows Misha the vault to pick a birthday present. She picks up the Robe of the Phoenix for Sasha, and although her eye notices the Ring of Lotus Ice, she doesn't pick it up.
After Misha gives Sasha the Phoenix Robe, Anos turns around so she can change. Since they were taking unusually long, Anos goes in and finds a bloodied Misha. An unharmed Sasha then taunts Anos by saying that boys are so easy to manipulate with a kiss. She never saw Misha as her sister and just played along. But Anos states that Sasha is merely pretending; if she really wanted to kill Misha, there were more effective methods. He also points out that stealing the scepter is useless, as it belongs to the team leader. But Sasha reveals that she unilaterally broke the contract stating that she would join their team (something that shouldn't be possible).
When he attempts to get close, Sasha threatens to activate a spell that would push the knife deeper into Misha, but he doesn't listen and catches her. He reveals that he had healed Misha ever since he came into the room and that they were simply under an illusion. Misha eventually wakes up and tells him to let Sasha go. Anos asks her what is going on, and after hesitating for a bit, she explains that Misha Necron does not exist.
