Birthday (誕生日, Tanjōbi) is the 12th chapter of The Misfit of Demon King Academy manga adaptation.
Summary[]
Anos declares that it doesn't matter if it's fate or order, if anything threatens his subjects, he will destroy it no matter what. Ivis replies that he can't be since he is order, but Anos proves him wrong by cutting off his arm, which is not healing no matter what. When Ivis asks what that illogical sword is, Anos tells him about Venuzdonoa, which can destroy all things in existence. The Demon King then destroys the Demon Elder, leaving behind Eugo La Raviaz's divine scythe.
After storing the Time God's Scythe, Anos notices something else and resurrects Ivis, which shouldn't be possible as Anos had destroyed his source. However, it's revealed that before being fused with Eugo, Ivis' source was already fused with another one. As Anos destroyed both sources, the remaining one is that of the real Ivis, who had his memories erased and was possibly killed 2,000 years ago before being taken over.
Anos gives back Ivis his true memories and suspects the one that took over Ivis' source was a follower of Avoth Dilhevia. Because it was likely that all of the others Seven Demon Elders had their memories erased as well, Anos tells Ivis to lay low and investigate from the shadows.
Because they successfully changed the past, Misha survives past her 15th birthday, so Sasha apologizes for saying that she hated her and tells her that she loves her instead. Anos then invites the two to his house, but both of his parents jump to the wrong conclusion about what he was doing with them the whole night. Anos then puts the Lotus Ice Ring on Misha's finger as her birthday present. When Izabella says that he's going to make the both of them happy, Misha agrees.
