The Protector of Time (時の番神, Toki no Banjin) is the 11th chapter of The Misfit of Demon King Academy manga adaptation.
Summary[]
Anos' plan to tamper with the flow of time angers Eugo La Raviaz, causing the Protector of Time to appear and restore Ivis back to normal in order to serve as its proxy. Ivis is then granted all of Eugo's powers to fight Anos, but he is still being overpowered by the Demon King. To strengthen himself, Ivis fuses with Eugo's divine scythe and begins targeting Anos' weakness, the Necron sisters. This succeeds, as Ivis manages to stab Anos with the scythe while he was distracted protecting them, causing his body to grow by ten billion years until it is reduced to dust.
However, Anos returns to life with the resurrection spell Ingall, surprising everyone. Ivis attempts to freeze them by stopping their time, but Anos destroys the spell with his Destructive Sight. When Ivis asks how he has more power than a god even when he's sharing his power with the sisters through Gyze, Anos reminds him of where they were at. He then prepares to show Ivis what it means to challenge the Demon King in his own castle as he brings forth Venuzdonoa.
