The Birth of the Child of God[N 1] is a event orchestrated by Nosgalia, the Heavenly Father, who wanted to bring an end to the Demon King of Tyranny.
The Heavenly Father's plan was to force the Great Spirit Reno to spawn the "Child of God", a unique divine being, who would be powerful enough to finally defeat and kill the Demon King, thus bringing an end to the misfit that defied the order of the gods.
History[]
Anos kills Nosgalia.
During the end days of the Great War, the Heavenly Father Nosgalia approached the Great Spirit Reno, who is the Mother of Spirits, telling her that she had been chosen by him to bear the "Child of God", who would destroy the Demon King of Tyranny. When Reno refused his offer by attacking him, he restrained her by turning her own magic against her, as he prepared to impregnate her with the Child of God. However, he was stopped by the Demon King Anos and his right-hand man, Shin Reglia, as the two defeated the god, who was greatly wounded by Anos' magic.
Shin protects Reno from from divine beasts.
Anos had Shin serve as Reno's escort and bodyguard, taking her to Delsgade, where she participated in the creation of Beno Ievun, which separated the world into four realms. Afterwards, Shin remained as her bodyguard, escorting her back to the Great Spirit Forest, where he defeated the divine beasts who were attacking it.

The two were eventually approached by Eldmed Ditigeon, who told them that he knows of Nosgalia's location and that he had allied with the Heavenly Father to create the Child of God, but stated that he would allow them a chance to stop its conception. Leading them to a lake, he uses his hourglasses to try to kill Reno in order to draw out Nosgalia, but Shin overwhelmed him and stabbed him in the chest.

Eldmed reveals that he allowed the weakened Nosgalia to possess his body to recover, as Shin's lethal attack succeeded in awakening the slumbering god, who took over Eldmed's body. The god fought against Shin and taunted him about his origin as demon sword who became a demon, stating that he was incapable of love. He offered to grant him love with his power and invoked his divine words, but Shin rejected him as he cut off his head.

Eventually, Hero Kanon came to the forest to ask Shin to join his plan to create a fake Demon King to replace Anos in order to preserve the peace that was created, but Shin rejected posing as the right-hand of a fake Demon King. However, while he didn't approve of the hero's plan, he wouldn't stop it either, thinking that he would just fail. Kanon thanked him and noticed Shin's change in personality, with Reno stating that she had taught him about love. Kanon then stated that he didn't think that the Mother of Spirits could fall in love, leading to Reno realizing that she was in love with Shin.
Reno and Shin marry each other.
She confessed to him but while he still intended to reincarnate, he would grant her one wish, with Reno wishing that they get married. The two were wed and spent their wedding night together, as it was eventually discovered that their tryst resulting in Reno getting pregnant. While Shin considered staying because of this, Reno told him to fulfil his duty as she would be waiting for them with their child.

After Shin's departure, Reno was ambushed by Nosgalia, who revealed that he orchestrated the birth of her child, who was actually the "Child of God" that Nosgalia had been trying to create, as he instilled a divine order into the newly-conceived baby. revealing the child's lore to the shocked Reno, Nosgalia extracted the child from her womb, as her daughter was weak due to being born prematurely, with Reno using her tears to stabilize its birth.
Reno's daughter is sent to the future.
Reno instructed the newly-born spirit Ezyssey, the Spring of Time to save her daughter by taking her into the future, where the Demon King could help her. While Nosgalia gloated about his victory, he was ambushed and fatally wounded by Shin, but the god told him he had already won. Shin tended to his dying wife, as he promised her that he would protect their daughter and spread her lore even if she became an enemy of his lord Anos.

After his wife's death, Shin decided not to reincarnate and instead assumed the position as the leader of the spirits, being their ruler and protector in Reno's stead. He continued to spread the rumors that made up the spiritual essence of his daughter's source, as without them, she would cease to exist. He travelled to many places and heard the rumours of the Great Spirit Reno, reminiscing on his dead wife. During the Magical Age, he sent a Owl familiar to give his daughter one half of his demon sword to let her know he was looking out for her.
Meanwhile, Nosgalia eventually revived himself and continued to possess Eldmed's body, as during the Magical Age, he had finally managed to locate the Child of God and began preparing plans to awaken her so she could fulfil her purpose and destroy the Demon King Anos.
