The Azure Sky of the Gods (神々の蒼穹, Kamigami no Sōkyū) is the divine realm that is the home of the majority of the gods.
History[]
During the Great War, a large number of gods descended to the earth in order to aid the humans and spirits against the demons, mostly due to the fact that the ruler of the demons, the Demon King Anos Voldigoad, was a misfit who defied the order of the gods and took away the order of destruction by defeating and killing the Goddess of Destruction Abernyu. In contrast, the Goddess of Creation Militia, descended to the earth to stop the Great War peacefully and bring peace to the world.
After Anos sacrificed his life to create the Four Worlds Wall Beno Ievun with the aid of the Hero, the Great Spirit and the Creation Goddess, the divine gates that connected the earth and the azure sky were blocked by Beno Ievun, thus trapping all of the gods that were on earth and preventing them from returning to the azure sky, while also preventing the rest of the gods from interfering with the mortal world.
Overview[]
The Azure Sky of the Gods is described as a divine sky that contains the various realms and divine domains of the gods, as scattered like stars across the bright azure sky are a variety of colorful landscapes, including golden volcanoes, white lakes, thorny lands, and wheel-like cities.[1]
Realms[]
While there are numerous realms for each individual god, the largest and most significant realms are the domains of the Four Fundamental Gods, which are collectively known as the Fundamental Circle Garden <Da Ku Kadate>.[1]
Fundamental Circle Garden <Da Ku Kadate>[]
Much like the Four Fundamental Gods, the Fundamental Circle Garden represents the aspects of life throughout it various stages. Due to this, Fire Dew circulates through the respective domains of the Fundamental Circle Garden. It is stated that each of the Four Fundamental Gods can unleash their true potential in their respective divine domain.[1]
According to Ennesuone, gods who are close in order to each of the Four Fundamental Gods can gain benefits if they reside in their divine domain, so some gods choose to place their sanctuaries in the respective domains that are close to their order.
Great Tree Mother Sea[]
It is the divine realm of Wenzel: the Goddess of Birth. It is described as a great tree towering in the sea.[1]
The Fire Dew in the form of wind of life that passes from the Tree Crown Celestial Sphere into the Great Tree Mother Sea is changed into clouds that rain, which creates the water of life.[2]
Due to its unique nature, communication and telepathy magic such as Leaks are rendered ineffective. While it is possible to maintain the Leaks that are already created to a degree, it is impossible to create new communication lines to areas beyond the domain of the Great Tree Mother Sea.[3]
While it is primarily the domain of Wenzel; the God of Birth, it is revealed that her sister Andelk: the Goddess of Abortion, can also use the domain as her own when she is manifested, as he manifestation changes the appearance and order of the Great Tree Mother Sea, with the sea becoming blood red and it aborting all other magic used in it, as well as preventing any people of Andelk choosing the ability to swim through it.[4]
Dense Depths Forest[]
It is the divine realm of Dilfred: the God of Deepening. It is described as dense forest where waterfalls poured down from the sky.[1] It is a forest that is filled with blue trees with blue leaves, as the path of the forest forms a spiral, and the leaves of the trees are being swept away by the wind as if following it.
The Fire Dew in the form of the water of life that passes from the Great Tree Mother Sea into the Dense Depths Forest nourishes the trees in the forest and allows them to bloom, thus creating the leaves of life.[2]
Due to its unique nature, teleportation magic such as Gatom cannot be used to move around without Dilfred's consent.[2]
Withering Death Desert[]
It is the divine realm of Anahem: the God of Demise. It is described as a white desert, where flames flutter in the air.[1]
The Fire Dew in the form of the leaves of life that passes from the Dense Depths Forest into the Withering Death Desert are heated up in the desert, thus creating the flames of life.[2]
It is stated that due to its unique nature of demise, that only god that would be able to set up a sanctuary in the Withering Death Desert would be the God of Destruction; Abernyu, as even the Guardian God of Destruction: Egus De Rafan, wouldn't be able to reside there.[5]
Due to its unique nature, healing magic is weaken and all healing effects are made much weaker then they are originally.[3]
Tree Crown Celestial Sphere[]
It is the divine realm of Gyetenaros: the God of Change. It is described as a round sky where branches and leaves folded on top of one another to form a multi-layered tree crown.[1]
The Fire Dew in the form of the flames of life that passes from the Withering Death Desert into the Tree Crown Celestial Sphere are transformed into vapor in the celestial sphere, thus creating the wind of life.[2]
Due to its unique nature, only Gyetenaros is permitted to fly though it as the domain will neutralize the attempts of other to fly though it with the use of magic such as Fless.
Other Realms[]
Divine Sprout Palace City <Foslonarleaf>[]
The divine city created by Ennesuone's order. Due to the fact that Ennesuone wasn't fully created as well as being an imperfect order, the city is filled with a wide array of strange buildings such as roofless mansions, doorless stores and tombstone-less graveyards.
